Seven Cakes provides custom cakes for all occasions and events, large and small. Clientele can choose from buttercream or fondant finished cakes to elegant cupcakes or cake toppers. Bring your own ideas to the table or let Seven Cakes work up a design and flavor combination for you. You are welcome to share design inspiration, such as pictures, party supplies, fabric or color swatches, for a matching original creation that is sure to be unique.

Seven Cakes serves Austin, Texas and the surrounding areas and is located in Pflugerville, Texas.  We are owned and operated by Pastry Chef Sherilyn Vineyard.  She has been working  in the culinary field since 1992.  Chef Vineyard also produces custom sugar cake toppers with That Tops the Cake! and teaches several classes locally.  See That Tops the Cake! for current classes being offered.

Sheri began her Pastry career at the original Mezzaluna located in downtown Austin in 1993. She has made sweets a part of her life ever since, as Pastry Chef at such establishments as The Granite Café, Stellini Pastaria and The Lakeway Inn and Resort. She has moved away from high-volume commercial presentation to special events and more detailed custom designs.  

Chef Vineyard is a member of the local Capital Confectioner's Group, a member of I.C.E.S. (International Cake Exploration Society) and has learned from such talented artists as Lorraine McKay from Scotland and Debbie Brown from the UK.
