Liquor or simple syrup brushed on each cake layer or added to fillings can add an extra dimension to the flavor of your cake or cupcakes.
Fondant cakes require a priming layer on the cake surface under the fondant. This primer can be buttercream, liquor or a fruit flavored glaze. If unspecified, a matching buttercream flavor will be used.
