















The deer were plastic figures owned by the groom, all else was edible. The cake
to the left here was an 8” diabetic-
The topper was a fresh hydrangea to match the bridal bouquet, but the single blooms on the cake are sugar and completely edible. The black swarovski crystal studded ribbons were not edible.
The medallions on the bottom tier were encrusted with Swarovsky crystals and were popped off before cutting. The strings of crystals on the third tier were removed as well and all else was edible.
This design was the wedding dress and bouquet interpreted.


This is a wedding/quinceanera sampler cake I keep on premises. All is sugar, except the silver ribbon on the second hearts tier.


This is a simple buttercream bridal shower cake. A little glitter goes a long way!


The gift box wedding cake is a sweet design. This one sported a rolled chocolate covering. So decadent!


Original designs are always fun, but bringing in inspiration in the form of fashion, botany or stationary definitely sets the design apart and makes the cake so much more personal to you.

Who says the cake or the wedding, for that matter, has to be traditional.
The tree was for the reception and the sweet sleeping dragon was kept as the anniversary cake!
